IFEANYI FRANCIS born on the 12th day of March of a blessed year hails from a humble home from the Niger Delta region. Aniocha North LGA, Delta state to be precise. 

He is currently the Director of Transport, Students union Government, FUTO, owerri.

He is a man of integrity and would always say “The wind might cause a kite to rise, but what keeps it up there is the fact that somebody on the ground has a steady hand.
