Jemimah was born into the family of Late Mr & Mrs Ebenezer Iroka. She attended St. John’s Owu Amakohia and Okporo Technical College Okporo-Orlu, where she earned her SSCE. She was married to Late Mr Linus Ngele of Ndi_Ughorboe Ebonyi State. Her marriage is blessed with four (4) children.
