She had her Primary Education at St. Benedict’s Primary School, Igoli Ogoja between 1985-1990 after which she secured admission into the prestigious Holy Child Secondary School Mount Carmel, Ogoja in 1991. On completion of her JSSCE, she proceeded to the Federal Science College Ogoja in 1994 from where she obtained the SSCE in 1997. She gained admission into the Abia State University in the year 2000 to pursue a degree in Building which she successfully completed and was awarded a B.Sc in Building in 2005. Mrs Onwuka U.S proceeded for the one year mandatory National Service between 2006-2007. No time was spared as she embarked on a Postgraduate study in the renowned Federal University of Technology Owerri leading to the award of Master of Science in Construction Management in 2012, having satisfied all the requirements for the award of the degree.

In the same year, Mrs U.S. Onwuka sought to consolidate herself academically by enrolling for a PhD programme in project management technology in the same Department. This, she is earnestly working towards the successful completion of the program.

Her career progression commenced with the appointment as an Assistant Lecturer in 2014 in the Department of Project Management FUTO. Mrs Onwuka U.S is widely acknowledged as a committed staff. She is credited with sound academic advising, supervision, examination and graduation of undergraduates. She is actively involved in consultancy services, one of which was her membership of Building Committee, Redeemed Christian Church of God, (Grace Sanctuary) Imo Province.

Mrs Onwuka U.S. is an exemplary role model for young aspiring girls. She is a devout believer in Jesus Christ and happily married to Engr. Prof. D.O Onwuka and the marriage is graciously blessed with three Amazing kids, namely Shalom, David (jr) and Godstreasure.
