A Brief Citation

Professor L.E Akujuobi lectures in the Department of Financial Management Technology as a Professor of Banking and Finance and is widely experienced, as he had worked in the Public Sector as an accountant, Internal Auditor and Treasurer of different local governments before transferring his services to the University. He had his first degree from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he won the university prize as the Best Finance graduate of 1982 in addition to the ACB bank Ltd. prize as the best 1982 graduate in the area of Commercial Banking. His M.Sc and PhD degrees were from the Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is a fellow of some professional bodies, such as Chartered Institute of Taxation, Institute of Treasury Management in Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Economists. He is married with children and grandchildren.
