Engr. Michael Igara Nmecha has worked at PPRC since 2012.  Engr. Michael Igara Nmecha is a Lecturer in Environmental Management, an adaptable and responsible Staff. He has a clear logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through completion. He holds a B.Eng (Hons) degree in Agricultural Engineering and Masters of Science in Environmental Technology both from the Federal University of Technology Owerri.
