Callistus is born into the family of HRH Eze and Ugoeze Donatus Okwaranwaneri of Umulechi Amanato, Ideato South LGA of Imo State. He obtained his FSLC and SSCE from Central School I, Amanato and Isiekenesi High School, while his OND and HND in Mass Communication were obtained from Grandtwig Institute, Onitsha and Federal Polytechnic Oko respectively. He served my Nation (NYSC) as a class teacher at Peace Comprehensive Academy Naka Gwer-West LGA, Benue State.
