Estate and Works Unit

Welcome Message

Estate and Works Department was established after the University Started Operations in 1980. It started operations from Lake Nwaebere Campus and later relocated to the permanent site along with the University.

The department executes the maintenance services of the University facilities which include Mechanical, Electrical, Civil and Structural engineering services. The department also carries out Estate facilities management with transport and logistics services for our valued University Community.

We consist of high profile staff that executes the duties

The vision of the department is:
To re-engineer Estate and Works department to world class standard, to deliver globally recognized services and enabling environment for the University community and the Public at large.

Mission Statement

The mission of the department is:
To provide Professional, efficient and cost effective maintenance and management of the University facilities with safe transportation of the staff, students, assets and the general Public.
