Mrs Francisca Igwebuike is a native of Anaocha L.G.A in Anambra State. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awaka, Anambra State. She joined the service of FUTO on December 14, 2014, as an Assistant Academic Planning Officer.

Her hobbies are reading, basketball and playing games, a devout Catholic and a member of St. Anthony of Padua. She is married with children.
