Mrs Chioma F. C. Samuel is from Umuokachi Obiohuru in Umuahia North LGA of Abia State. She is born to the family of Mr. & Mrs Jonathan Uwah and married to Mr Samuel Ikechukwu Chioma of Ovuakali in Umuekwune in Ngor Okpala LGA of Imo State.
