Meshach Uchenna Nwachukwu is a native of Umuoye Umuopara Obiangwu in Ngor Okpala L.G.A of Imo State. He is an Academic Planning Officer in the Academic Planning and Development Unit, Office of the Vice-Chancellor, FUTO. Meshach started work in 2003, he holds B.Sc and M.Sc in Economics both from Imo State University, Owerri. He is pragmatic, resourceful and a team player with good interpersonal relationship. He is a professional in Strategic Plan Development and Implementation. He is also a member of the Nigerian Economic Society.

He is a church leader and football lover. He is married to his heartthrob Chinemerem and they are with two sons Munachimso and Ebubechimsom.
