Revd. Oliver Nwagwu is a Christian pastor of Pentecost decent. He holds a Diploma in Christian Leadership, ACIA in Corporate Administration, Postgraduate Diploma in Management (FUTO) and advanced secretarial qualifications.

He was once Chairman of Senior Staff Association of Nigeria Universities (SSANU), FUTO branch and Treasurer Eastern Zone of the Association. He has attended several national and international conferences on both social and religious issues.

Pastor Oliver is an Assistant Chief Personal Secretary; he joined FUTO in 1982. He loves Evangelism, Reading and listening to songs.
