Responsibilities:
- The representative of the Registrar in the Unit.
- The representative of the Registrar in the Unit.
- The representative of the Registrar in the Unit.
- The representative of the Registrar in the Unit.
- Assist the Director of AP&D Unit in the general administration of the Unit.
- Assist the Unit in collecting vital information for planning, liaison with Departments and other Units within the University to ensure the availability of required information.
- Assist the Unit in submitting returns of general statistical data to NUC and other bodies.
- Assist in advising the Unit on issues relating to planning and drawing attention to problems needing resolution.
- Assist in the production of Quarterly and Annual Report of the University.
- Assist in preparing the staff duty schedule and annual leave roaster of the Unit.
- Assist the Director in initiating plan and action in other to ensure the realization of the overall mandate of the Unit.
- Assist the Director to ensure that University laws and regulations are strictly implemented in the Unit.
- Offer counselling service whenever the need arises to nurture good staff relationship, the building of team spirit to create a conducive working environment for effective job performance leading to the realization of the overall University goal.
- Assist Unit in annual staff appraisal and recommendations for promotion.
- Providing other appropriate administrative services to the Director and other staff of the Unit.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
