Biography

Ashara, Precious C. hails from Umuduru Umuechem Okporo in Orlu LGA of Imo State Nigeria. She attended her primary education at Town School Okporo Orlu obtained FSLC in 1993, and proceeded to Girls’ Secondary School Orlu(a.k.a Morning Star) where she obtained her WASSCE in 1999. She gained her first admission at Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State where she studied and graduated with Distinction in Computer Science at National Diploma (ND) level in 2006. Furthermore, She carried out her university education, obtained her B.Tech. in Mathematics and Computer Science and M.Sc. in Mathematics both at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria in 2012 and 2019 respectively. She also Obtained PGDE at National Teachers’ Institute Abuja FCT 2015. She is currently a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Federal University of Technology, Owerri. She is known for her humility, self-determination and good analytical skills. Furthermore, she is a devoted Christian that is poised in ensuring academic excellence with good morals.
